Return and Refund Policy
At Nova Outdoors, we want you to be fully satisfied with your order. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can request a return within 14 days after receiving your order.
Returns
To start a return, please contact us at support@novaoutdoors.store with your order number and a short explanation of your return request.
After your request has been approved, we will send you the return instructions.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in good condition, and preferably in its original packaging. You have 14 days after notifying us of your return to send the product back.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.
If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@novaoutdoors.store as soon as possible. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can help you with a replacement or refund.
Non returnable items
We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without prior approval.
