Product Availability

All products listed on our website are available in stock and are shipped through our fulfilment partners.

Orders

Prices & Payment

Nova Outdoors does not store full payment card details. Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers.

The average delivery time is 3–5 business days.

Returns & Refunds

Customers may request a return within 30 days after receiving their order.

Nova Outdoors offers free returns for eligible orders.

Products must be returned unused, in their original condition, and with all included accessories and packaging where reasonably possible.

Customers must contact us before sending a return.

Refunds are processed after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Warranty

Nova Outdoors provides a 1-year warranty on eligible products.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and product faults that occur under normal use.

The warranty does not cover:

Unauthorized repairs or modifications

Order Cancellation
