Warranty Policy
At Nova Outdoors, operated by Ihum Group, we stand behind the quality of our products. All eligible products come with a 1-year warranty from the date the order is delivered.
This warranty is intended to protect customers against manufacturing defects and product faults that occur during normal use.
Warranty Coverage
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and technical faults that are not caused by misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
Covered issues may include electrical defects, manufacturing faults, product malfunctions under normal use, or parts that stop working because of a product defect.
If a product is found to be defective within the warranty period, Nova Outdoors will review the issue and provide a suitable solution.
Warranty Period
The warranty period is 1 year from the date the customer receives the product.
The customer may be asked to provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or order number, before a warranty claim can be processed.
What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, improper installation, normal wear and tear, water damage where the product is not designed to be waterproof, unauthorized repairs or modifications, or damage caused by using the product against the instructions.
The warranty also does not cover cosmetic damage that does not affect the normal function of the product.

Returning a Product for Inspection
In some cases, customers may be asked to return the product for inspection.
Customers should not send products back without contacting us first. Our support team will provide the correct return instructions when a return is required.
